Today,
at its two factories situated in Pieve Vergonte,
GTB occupies a covered area of approximately 3500m².
In fact, in 2005 it inaugurated new large premises.
Our company uses the most advanced equipment and
accordingly is able to produce any kind of object,
with a maximum diameter of 1 200mm using all types
of material: aluminium, copper, iron, brass, titanium,
alpaca, stainless steel (aisi 304, 316 etc...)
and with a thickness of up to 5mm for stainless
steel objects. We have top brand numeric control,
manual and semi-automatic machines and equipment,
lathes, presses, trimmers, beading machines and
ovens [ LEIFELD , M & M
, NOVA SIDERA , MANZONI GALDABINI , OMERA, SIATEM
] . We use process cycles that include drawing,
turning, annealing (oven and induction), welding
and all possible surface treatments on the various
materials and items we produce. [POLISHING, SATINIZING,
PICKLING, ANODIZING, PAINTING WITH EPOXY POWEDERS,
